Greater Kruger Safari

Arrive into Johannesburg airport where you pick up your vehicle before heading east to spend the first night at La Villa Vita in Nelspruit.

Continue to spend the next three nights at Elephant Plains Game Lodge situated in the northern part of the world famous Sabi Sand Game Reserve, which forms part of the Greater Kruger National Park. Elephant Plains Game Lodge is situated on the dry Manyeleti riverbed, overlooking an open area and watering hole. Accommodation is inclusive of all meals and daily guided activities. There are two game drives per day offering you an excellent chance of close encounters with the Big 5.

Spend the next three nights at Pungwe Safari Camp, situated in the Manyeleti Game Reserve, which is part of the Greater Kruger National Park. Manyeleti is a 22,000 hectare big five reserve that shares an unfenced boundary with Sabi Sand to the south and Kruger National Park to the east, allowing for free movement of wildlife between the three reserves. Pungwe is a small, intimate and authentic safari camp which evokes the essence of a true safari experience. With just four comfortable en-suite Meru-style tents reminiscent of the days when safaris were all about the sights, sounds and smells of wild Africa. Accommodation is inclusive of meals and guided game viewing activities.

Continue north to spend the next three nights at Kings Camp. Situated in the Timbavati Private Nature Reserve, Kings Camp faces an open savanna plain with a waterhole, which is frequented by a wide variety of wildlife both day and night. As part of the Greater Kruger National Park, which covers an area of 2.2 million hectares, this Timbavati safari lodge is a wildlife haven boasting a diversity of animal life including the Big 5, cheetah, African wild dog and hyena.

Head west to spend the final two nights at Zebras Crossing Lodge. Nestled between the sloping hills of the Waterberg with mesmerizing streams and rock pools, Zebras Crossing is the ideal final nights destination. Accommodation is on a full board basis with local drinks and 2x activities included.
